Meri Lillia Mullins is the Founder and Director of Growing Resilience. Meri collaborates with multiple organizations to de-risk farmers and ranchers in the adoption of regenerative agriculture and to uplift the next generation of farmers. She brings a diverse background of program development, mentorship, environmental advocacy and community empowerment around food and agriculture. She currently works as the Program Manager for Regen Future Capital’s Regen Ag Funding Program and as an advisor to the Flatirons Young Farmers Coalition. Her work in the farming community reaches beyond political and state lines to encourage collaboration and foster meaningful change in agricultural policy and practices. Beyond her roles as adviser, advocate, and champion of the young and regenerative farmer movements, she is a farmer herself, herself managing a 50 acre diversified animal farm in the foothills of Colorado. Prior to Meri’s deep dive into agriculture she worked as an engineering consultant in the environmental sector and holds her BS Eng. in Chemical Environmental Engineering.
