Just a couple of explorers

Our tight-knit crew is at the core of our global community, rallying every day behind people who push the world to be better. Our nine to five is far from dull. It’s people-oriented. It’s fast-paced. It’s playful. Creativity, it brings energy, laughter, and innovation into everything that we do. It inspires us to walk away from what is known and to pursue what could be.

What Inspires You?

Optimists! Because cynics don’t change the world.

Fun-Fact:

Because I enjoy chit-chatting with strangers, I once had a 15-minute conversation with a burglar thinking he was a friend’s guest. I only learned he was a burglar a few hours after he left when my friend showed up and called the police.

As the Program Manager, Joe lays the groundwork to ensure our accelerators do what they are suppose to – change the world! This means becoming a programming know-it-all from recruitment to execution to post-program support. Prior to Uncharted, Joe worked as a glorified beach bum helping local businesses in Sri Lanka for over a year. He is a Colorado native and holds an honors B.S. from Colorado State University in Business Management. Additionally, he holds the world record for individual Goldfish cracker consumption (we assume).

Addy joined the Uncharted family in February of 2020 as a Program Associate for the second year of the Chipotle Alumnaries program. She received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines in 2019. She has had various involvements in the biomedical industry along with community building work with Uncharted years ago. Addy is extremely passionate about using her newly acquired education and past experiences to provide people with the network and connections they need to start tackling some of the world’s issues. Inside the office you can find Addy fawning over how cool her coworkers are, and outside the office she enjoys long walks in the mountains, slow climbs up the mountains, and bribing people to let her play with their dogs.
What inspires you?
Brave and kind people who do everything in their power to fearlessly fight for what they believe, in this evolving world.
Fun Fact:
Addy once held a funeral service for her succulent, Ronaldo. His demise was caused by a terrible green thumb which entailed burning his leaves with a lamp, somehow dehydrating a drought resistant plant, leaving him on the roof of a car during a drive, and decapitating him. Please don’t ask her to plant sit.

Will Seamans

Founder & CEO, Endeleo Facilitators

Will grew up in a low-income family in rural Colorado, and became the first in his family to attend college. While in college, Will was fortunate enough to discover his two life passions: entrepreneurship and education. During his senior year he founded a start-up aimed at making college more affordable for students like himself, and led that organization as CEO for the next 7 years, growing the company from 3 to 15 employees, and revenues 2.5x each year on average. He then joined the staff of Teach For America, where he held a number of leadership roles as the organization grew from impacting 80,000 students to over 500,000 students and from 250 to over 3000 staff members. He recently founded Endeleo Facilitators, an organization that provides hands-on development, systems and services to rapidly growing companies.
